That's me eebrunning!
Running in my lovely home state Eugene, OR! Known as Nike Town and Track Town USA
Go Ducks!
I'm a UofO Alumni in English and I'm going back to school to become a Registered Dietitian.
I'm not an athlete, I'm not the best runner ever, I'm just a runner enthusiast who is obsessed with running and i'm addicted to races.
I have only been working out in general since I was 25 when I realized how fitness can bring you closer to friends, your community and yourself.
I consider myself a very average american fitness wise.
I never liked sports.
I'm highly uncoordinated.
I got out of High School gym or any athletic program due to pretty bad anemia
and in college I did some yoga and dance which was fun but I never was hooked on it...not like running.
And it has been my friends who have opened my eyes to this world of sweat and fun and I'm hooked! Totally addicted! All I can see is growth for my future and I'm very excited.
With this running blog I hope to inspire someone else who needs that friend to show them how amazing this world is!
Talk about things I've tried that I love and hate
Races I've finished and what they're like and future races as well
How volunteering at races is as important as running them
And much more
Happy Running Everyone!
